An Email Auto Responder enables automatic delivery an email reply whenever an incoming email is received.

Common usage of Email Auto Responders:

  • Service and Support Replies: Let your clients and associates know you care by immediately responding to their inquiries, for example: “Thank You for your email.  A customer service representative familiar with your inquiry will contact you shortly.”
  •  Vacation Messages: Let your contacts know when you will be away and unable to return emails “I am currently out of the office and have limited access to email.  I will return on Saturday, March 15th.  For immediate assistance, please call customer service at 212 555 1212 or email customerservice@myco.com.  Thank You”.
